We initially had no intentions on purchasing a home this year, we just wanted to “see where we stood” when we were “ready to buy” we didn’t have a realtor, and again no plans. But when it’s God’s time, things just have a funny way of appearing and working out. March 2024 Curlese literally appeared out of nowhere and even after first meeting her she wasn’t pushy or a seller, she led with knowledge and expertise. Fast forward to my birthday (May 13) we were under contract and I couldn’t even tell you how that happened. At this point our current place that my spouse and I resided in for 5 years just mysteriously started going downhill, we never had any issues with our place, but God was forcing us out.
